Cancel your subscription

Any time: Settings → Subscription → “Manage subscription”. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then read-only mode. Your data stays.

First payment: 14 days to get a refund

If Makerove isn’t right for you, we’ll refund you in full within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Just write to us.

In the EU and EEA you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. When you subscribe you ask for access to start right away, but our rule above still gives you a full refund within those 14 days.

Renewals

We don’t give partial refunds for a renewal period that has already started. But if your subscription renewed, you forgot to cancel and haven’t used it since, write to us within 7 days and we’ll refund it.

If we broke something

If the service was down for a long time through our fault, we’ll extend your subscription by that time or refund you for it.

Purchases through the App Store

If you subscribed on iPhone through the App Store, Apple handles refunds under its own rules: reportaproblem.apple.com.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@makerove.com from the address your account is registered with. The money goes back the same way you paid, usually within 5–10 business days.
